Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, a reliable and trusted service that ensures your purchases are delivered safely and efficiently.
Shipping Rate
We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders:
- Flat Rate: £4.95 per order
This flat rate applies regardless of the size or weight of your order.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

Return & Exchange Policy
At P*ck the Stigma, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges. Please read our returns policy for detailed information.
Returns
